Description:
Pixel Picker is a simple color-picking program. It allows you to pick the color from any pixel on your screen.

It's written in C# .NET 2.0 and uses native Win32 APIs. In order to run it, you must install the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. This tool is released under the GNU GPL v2 License

Usage
Using Pixel Picker is really simple. Open it and just move the mouse close to the pixel you want to pick; you may use the zoom view to select the pixel more accurately.
Hit the space key to lock the color and stop the capture. Hit space again to restart the capture. When minimized, Pixel Picker displays the captured color on the taskbar.

Requirements:
- Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
- Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003, but it may also work with Windows 98.
